The smartphone has for 100 Euro ratio is very good value for money.
I'm sure the Windows Phone 8.1 is a very tough competitor for Androind is because the user interface is future-proof and the OS will still give some room for app development in the near future.
The package includes the Nokia Lumia, A pair of headphones, a charging cable, plus a USB cable for synchronizing data on the PC.

Conclusion: I have been 2 years had an android but the Windows Phone is my taste better!
Unfortunately, currently missing Whatsapp in store but that will not be permanent after the Whatsapp creators.
