Long 'long' I need to look to finally find a burner which occupies only one USB port. In this here is the case; many others need two of them. Frequently this is not even indicated in the description. I use this compact device to my Compaq Mini 110. There the burner performs dutifully his service; even DL (Type 9) blanks from Maxell I can successfully burn.

First of all I got filled with the latest firmware: shipped my device with the LL03, the current is now LL07. One can find it on the manufacturer's site. There are other nice Gimmiks for download.

I am very satisfied with the device, and the purchase price is okay. The short cable can get over it, for the mobility you go just little compromise. For this you can store the cord to the machine and then you have a compact square, which easily fits in with the Netbook.
