In May 2011, I had but then struggled through me to take the pad machine to buy a fully automatic, even though I was very pleased with the pad machine (Petra KM 42.17 coffee pad machine Artenso latte). Honestly, me the difference from the very beginning has not convinced sooo mad, but after a few attempts, I had the right one for me type of coffee (Lavazza Grand d'Oro) found. Unfortunately, however, I noticed at some point that ever collected under the machine water. At first I thought that I had something slobbered wrong, but also the follow the instructions in the user manual (water tank does not make full etc.) brought no improvement. Have the unit (the unit?) Then sent to the KRUPS customer service and tested the machine and get back with a new grinder. Unfortunately, that did not work, except that the mill was now quiet and the hot coffee, but there is still water under the machine. I think by now to have also found the reason: the drip tray does not take on the entire water that somehow runs into it during the brewing process there. Somehow it runs through under the drip tray and then along the bottom case, where it then drips from the body gradually to the footprint of the machine. Because I think that's unacceptable absolout, I have contacted the Amazon customer service and this is because the machine was therefore already at KRUPS, consented to take back the machine accommodating legally.
Positives: ++ Very compact ++ Easy to read display, characterized by ease of use to understand instructions on the display ++ Easy to program + Relatively quiet + In demolition brewing wg. too little water in the tank can be simply continued the process after the tank was filled.
