- According content Sang Eben contains Isotar more. (Amino acids, magnesium, vitamins etc)
- The Isostar can be resolved with a spoon and the PowerBar by stirring well not
- Are you the PowerBar as indicated by water into the shaker, so it is foamed very strong and is not drinkable. With milk or a mixture of water and milk, it does not foam as much and is better absorbed / dissolved.
- Also the taste I find the Isostar much more pleasant. (Both vanilla)
I would not now say that the PowerBar is generally bad, but when the can is used up, then I go back to the Isostar.
