- The lamps are in a shallower reflector colored casing that very reminiscent of the original halogen lamps. By contrast, the 5 watts are in a high-quality a seemingly heavy white housing. The 3.5 Watt bulbs have more SMD LEDs and a clear glass surface, while at the 5 Watt model is matt. (You can see, however, if you look closely on the Amazon images)
- The 3.5 Watt are astonishingly little lighter than the 5 Watt models, despite lower specified number of lumens. 30 Watt Halogen is loosely exceeded. However, used for comparison 5 Watt models are already less than a year old and might be a little brightness have be forfeited. Still, I had not expected. I have the 3.5 Watt models therefore too bright. I had the choice actually made such that I wanted over the 5 Watt models have slightly less brightness.
- The 5 Watt models have a slightly warmer (but not as halogen). That's amazing, because the 3.5 watt models with 2900, which are indicated with 3000 Kelvin 5 Watt models. It is known that when LEDs this information is to be treated with caution, but here the models come even from the same manufacturer.
Overall, I liked the 5 Watt models that had me convinced of the company sebson previously (and which I would give 4 stars) better. The 3.5 Watt models seem easier and are whitish and less livable. The difference is not huge, but recognizable.
