For me the most important: The battery of my Sony DSC-HX9V (purchase date Sept. 2011) accepted without problems - it was not at all batteries that will replace the original Sony (NP-BG1), the case.

Unfortunately, the low battery indicator for the state of charge is only one bar - even when fully charged. The remaining power is however indicated in minutes. When fully charged, the battery 162 minutes at both ordered from me are (the same capacity speaks hopefully of a certain quality standard in the production of China-made batteries).
The minute display changes dynamically: when shooting movies or the flash is the estimated remaining capacity is recalculated. Thus, the battery life varies with fully charged battery at 59 minutes, when the dial is turned to films. When viewing it are 205 Min.
When supplied original battery by Sony capacities are given as follows: Photos: 150 min; Image viewing: 230 min; Movies: 70 Min.
