Compatible yes but ...

For my part, I had to block it with a piece of paper because of its slightly shorter dimensions. Hence, it tended to move in the appliance and cause power outages. Fortunately, with this little DIY, everything is back to normal.

It is recommended to charge between 12 and 15 hours before the first use. But charging stops automatically before this threshold. Nevertheless, I left there all night.

For now, it seems to hold a charge.

Due to its capacity, it is thicker and heavier than the original battery. A special cover is provided, but the handling is not really nice and if we put the "Acer flat, it is less balanced.

However, these minor drawbacks in view of its advantages.
