Complaints were handled quickly and accommodating :)

The goji berries had still made a good impression upon delivery. I filled in a dark, airtight glass. After about 1.5 W., the berries have got a partially greenish hue. I suspect that it is mold. Therefore, I have then disposed of. Disappointment, because I spent the money for nothing. For your response, I thank you in advance. MfG

Current state from 05.12.2015:

I now had yet contacted after much consideration the Bremer spice trade and pay tribute to a customer service praise. On my request was received fast and courteous. I have received a free replacement pack goji berries and these will now see, after about 4 days, at least not very well. This time I have left in their original bag and hope they stay for a while now as fresh as at the beginning.
I can be satisfied with the berries but now, I'll still order in the next few days the Physalis, barberries and mulberries, but as for now. In smaller packages
