But since I had like a full-frame sensor, the faster camera modes and settings switch and wanted to draw with the right lenses from the full, I treated myself to this camera.
(Many friends recommended me no "dues" to pay and enter the same one step higher. So far, I am very well driven.
Life is too short for bad pictures ;-))
--- Operation ---
First fall to a significantly many buttons and wheels and the resulting faster operation as opposed to "beginners" -Cams.
Here I am with the D5100 has more on Press and "through the menu-shimmy" was. That's all very well resolved in the D610.
I find everything very handy and practically positioned. Moving from the D5100 was hardly worth mentioning.
If required, even the briefest look at the manual - there are all modes adequately explained.
--- Objective (s) and image quality ---
I have the kit lens (24-85mm), the Nikon 50mm 1.8G and Nikon 105mm 2.8 VR.
With the latter two lenses I have so far shot most pictures.
What can I say, just gorgeous. Wonderful colors, all very natural, so crisp and wonderful potential exemption with fixed focal lengths.
Even in low light succeed excellent recordings.
Autofocus with its 39 focus points is fast and accurate (especially when combined with the Nikon 105mm).
The often criticized central display of the measured fields does not bother me. If necessary, yes still be focused manually.
The 24MP sensor is in my opinion the best compromise between quality and file size. Unfortunately I have no comparison to the 36MP images of D800-series.
--- Quality ---
Material Technically you really something "in their hands", everything is very valuable and robust.
This can be an advantage or disadvantage, but I think everyone knows on what weight he gets involved when such a camera is purchased.
The LCD monitor is a good size and sharp. The rotatable monitor the D5100 I do not miss, a rigid Monitor gives the case in my opinion more stability.
--- Accessories and advanced shooting modes ---
Highly recommended accessories are definitely second battery, tripod and remote release (this especially during macro shooting).
Sensible modes like time-lapse and interval shooting (for which one must buy expensive accessories with other models) were included in the software.
--- Problems ---
So far, no!
For much oil or dust problem described the predecessor I can not say anything, my copy has no weaknesses.
All photos taken are absolutely perfect.
--- Conclusion ---
Finally, I must say that I am so far very impressed and will still have a lot of fun with this camera.
My enthusiasm also share many photography magazines and online portals.
Thank you for reading ;-)
