Completely successful complement to Panasonic KXTG8561 / 8562/8563

The handset I bought as an extension to our Panasonic KXTG8561 Cordless phone answer machine because it has been shown that a phone for two floors but is then too little. It is also suitable for the other two versions KXTG8562 and 63 (Duo / Trio version). The handset had to join in our model without any problems and "installed" all but self. Once the batteries are inserted, it indicates which button on the base station must be pressed and only needs to be charged for it.

In order that the phones are not confused, you can give them a name (living room, up / down etc.), which will then be displayed permanently on the screen.

Otherwise, it has (up to the answering machine) almost the same functions as the base station, it can be up to 100 numbers / names in the phone book and it has the same (terrible) ringtones.

Internal calls to / connect naturally goes well and the answering machine can listen via speakerphone on the handset. If new messages are there, an icon appears on the display when the answering machine is not in range (as with us - one floor up) is super convenient.
