The battery is built !!! Can thus be replaced by qualified personnel for a lot of money.
What ASUS was thinking as to produce rubbish.
That's not a disposable product !!!
A large removable battery costs about 20, - EUR. This is acceptable.
The battery needs to be replaced, each is clear, because it is a consumable item.
Except ASUS has probably never heard of it.

This saves unnecessary returns.
I would return the part namely IMMEDIATELY .....
