The instructions in English and French indications on the box are sufficient to use the product. I do not have a CD drive on my PC (Windows XP) to install the supplied software, but the connection was automatically recognized just by connecting the "badge" with the supplied USB cable, or by inserting micro SD card 8G (hard enough to insert correctly into the slot of "badge"). I just used the product, 3 times in camera mode (day, definition and correct sounds) with a micro-sd 8G, over periods of one hour (according to the package insert for 4G video = 1 hour, up to 16G = 4 hours?), so see the strength of the product in use, and see how long it takes the load (usb computer). I do not regret this achat.Il however was done on this site there is a month at a price of 39.99 euros, hence only 3 stars.
