The power loss of 5m cable is manageable for my purposes. I run the antenna cable through the attic to the roof on my external antenna and span with the W Lan signal can reach over 500m with full Wi-Fi reception on tablet and laptop.
Using Plug and Play or zam'stecken and zam'schraufen is very easy and can be accomplished for each.
