Not so it works well on vista and seven but against the program provided with to manage the sim cards will neither on xp or vista or seven on ????? it loads but will not last for the price the reader goes perfectly I just downloaded an app to another sim and hop voila! I greet and thank Amazon for my package is lost he sent me the same in the long life 2days to Amazon.com
