Compared to my old spatula turning works not with the Lurch so. Chicken nuggets, spring rolls, neck steaks - all I had to take the hands to help, since the Lurch no good comes under it!

Front it is too soft. When the scrambled egg is slightly brown bends the front part and make it not that egg to solve. With slightly burnt pan noodles the same.

All that was no problem with my old 08/15 spatula (also the front much more rigid and was fixed) - why the front edge is so high and soft, I do not know.
