I bought this replacement strap a Sony Smartband there a few days. First problem, I'm a recent Samsung phone (Galaxy K Zoom), but it is not part of the list of compatible phones! Once notif read on the bracelet, shortcut on the watch directly opens the corresponding app (email, sms ....) on the phone for example respond directly to the author of received sms and that's handy!
Sleep monitoring is not bad, it saves time to sleep and% without movement, I preferred the Sony app that displayed the deep sleep / light.
Level pulse sensor is fun but nothing more, if you move a little the watch can not take the measure .... so do not buy this watch to replace a heart belt type or pulsar because garmin you would be greatly disappointed !!!
The watch can also control the phone mp3 player and that's frankly top power play a song or go back without leaving his phone from his pocket, same for volume control! And it also works with soundcloud, so can be with other apps from Spotify or Deezer style!

Level autonomy for the moment I want about 3 days having fun from time to time to tinker the above options, therefore reach 4 days seems feasible, which is not bad!
