- At the same kneading and grind I do not think, however, for very practical, because I always grind at the highest speed level, but knead on the slowest speed. If one grinds flour on the lowest speed level, it takes an eternity, and kneading the dough for too long. Since it is in my opinion faster if you both carried separately, the overhead is so low that you hardly have to talk about it because in the latter method.
Disadvantages:
- The robustness of the device (ie longevity) leaves much to be desired, at least if you want to grind Kammut because Kammut is too hard for this mill! Both my parents and with my brother the machine broke down (after years of intensive use), as so Kammut was milled. Since I use the machine only for spelled, wheat, linseed, rye, buckwheat and (added mixed) millet, I had been for many years a lot of fun on the machine.
- (As most normal mills) relatively loud. My brother had the same mill tower and has now an extra unit purchased grind only to the flour. He says the new mill is much quieter and faster (but can not so extremely fine grind of how my essay) and was much more expensive.
