For example, you throw the cheap plugs even better, in the garbage and gets clever anchors for concrete ceilings. Otherwise one has unnecessarily large holes in the ceiling and still hässtliche out protruding screws. Best to take the brass-colored dowels, in which you can reindrehen beautiful screws. Then nothing protrudes.
When attaching the crossbar to the screws really rotates only slightly, otherwise you have compressed the ceiling mount. Uuuups because I have a little amazed at how weak and thin walls that are yet.
Finally mounted, the chin-up bar to happiness is to make good use of and holds bombproof on the Dcke - nothing wobbles, nothing squeaks. The maximum weight indicated I would, however, prefer not to try ... ;-)
At this price, anyway my recommendation, it must and can no longer be expected really.
