much better than Giesswein I've always gone through jiffy. This shoe is comfortable fit, as the wide footbed Birkenstock, I have at Birkenstock 41 and 41 1/2 at Keen, here fits the 42 with thick socks perfekt.stabil and pleasant. Resistant outsole, good grip through the footbed. Good to wear with high instep, because the shoe is far enough forward cut. This also does not interfere with the raised edge at the back, you can slip in without traipsing to the edge. warm and ergonomic, this even in bright colors instead of drab wool mouse, perfect.
Addendum 30.03.2015: I flop now for 2 1/2 months of house and garden, they take nothing amiss and are very stable, can garden dirt dry and brush out easily, also really warm, still 5 stars!
