On Medion P6624, the memory is under one of the two removable flaps. Under the other flap is the hard drive. each loosen a bolt.
I simultaneously retrofitted a SSD hard drive, so I can tell the difference only in combination. (So that the new installation for Windows 64bit well worth the same)
The 750GB HDD I have built in a HDD Caddy and replaced with the DVD drive. (I can only recommend!)
The main motivation for the change were problems when exporting photos from Lightroom, the error message "insufficient memory" aufpoppte. After the exchange are now partly used about 6GB when working with Lightroom and there was so far no problems exporting more.
My Experience Index after the renovation now:
Processor: 6.6
RAM: 6.6
Graphics (Desktop): 5.2
Graphics (games): 5.2
Hard Drive: 7.6
Perhaps someone post the data of the "original" -P6624, have unfortunately forgotten to watch before the conversion to.
