This epilator me pleasantly surprised because it very efficient. Therefore I am delighted with my purchase. However, the beginnings are a bit complicated so initially you tend to think that its not working. Fortunately, there are tutorials on youtube which I recommend viewing before handling as used properly, it's great. As for the pain, not being cozy, its does not hurt for me). But everyone is different. Personally I use it only for the Down above the lips.
