The operation is very simple. Below once a small Quick Start Guide.
The left hob has an output of 2000 watts and 1400 watts from the right.
Once the hob is connected to the mains, both LEDs in the On / Standby button and on the two displays -L- is displayed.
Once you have then placed the appropriate cookware on the desired panel, pressing the On / Standby button. After that, the LEDs flash at level and temperature.
Here you select whether you want to cook with cooking levels (is like an ordinary stove, goes from 1 - 10) or temperature (going 60-240 degrees).
If you want to cook for example with steps, I press on stage and select the plus minus button to select a level. Preference is given to the cooking temperature By pressing the Temp button and selects the plus minus button to the desired temperature.
I prefer the stages. High level do I start and when it boils I switch back to level 2 - 3 (depending on pan size and content). The induction field then pulses the power, ie the drive turns on and off (this is so at Level 1 - 4). At level 5, the output remains constant.
The temperature levels I find inaccurate, because the food and cook further strongly when setting 80 degrees. However, the 60 degree setting is ideal for keeping warm.
The cooking is very fast, as in my previously used gas stove. Compared to my normal ceramic hob everything boils more than twice as fast (at least at the 2000 Watt panel). The right panel (1400 watts) I just use to continue to simmer.
There is also a time button (timer) that (from 1 to 180 minutes) automatically switches off the hob after the set time. By pressing the key time to activate the timer. Using the plus minus button is used to set the desired time.
The fan of the induction plates I find not very loud. When cooking, I have anyway to the hood and is definitely louder. Do not interfere with the fan.
I am happy with the product and I would buy it again.
