Let's start with the positive aspects: They are of the highest quality. The stainless steel is impeccable, cooking with these devices makes a lot of fun. The pressure cooker is working perfectly, the cooking times are correct. If you stick to this, the cooking is perfect out of the pot, not too hard and not too soft. In addition, the pots are easy to clean, either in a dishwasher or by hand. Just great! However, this cookware set has a few negative sides. For example, the closure lid. This has a plastic ring außenrum, and is extremely sharp. One must be very careful when touching, otherwise you cut yourself in the finger tips, and that is anything but fun. Especially if you are the lid in the dishwasher, you should do this at the very end, in order not to hook when filling other parts of this sharp-edged lid. The opening and closing mechanism is a bit tricky, you can here easily pinch your fingers. Vemutlich but you get used to this mechanism and fit after a couple of times to enough, so nothing more happened. As absolutely problematic I feel the cleaning of the pressure valve. My old pressure cooker had not be cleaned here. The pressure valve had an envelope, so no dirt could get close. This is not the case here. You have the pressure valve completely disassemble, and this brauchts some technical expertise that especially after everything is reassembled correctly. Otherwise flies a possibly next cooking the cooker around the ears. I can imagine that older people with the (admittedly very detailed) are overwhelmed instructions for cleaning the valve - my parents, for example, I would not expect that. All in all, the Kochtopfset recommended if you pay attention a little bit smaller and the pitfalls in your portfolio.
