Resident Evil runs on Windows XP as well as error-free on Windows 7 - 64 Bit. In an estimated 20 rounds I can only remember a crash, bugs are not noticed. The hardware requirements are pleasantly low. A C2D E6750 in conjunction with a Geforce 8800GT is sufficient for an absolutely smooth gaming in Full HD and maximum settings (except perhaps AA). The V-Ram is only lightly loaded and the built-in benchmark brings certainty for uncertain players with older hardware.
The game can be controlled by mouse / keyboard or gamepad, I prefer the mouse and keyboard combination, if only because you hardly 3 headshots creates with the gamepad in 2 seconds. ;)
Newcomers to the Resident Evil universe should be said that it is typical series is not possible during the movement to shoot or reload, some could interfere with the policy.

Resident Evil has changed since its inception. It "mutated" from the survival horror of the first parts to action shooter already in Part 4. The fifth installment of the series follows this line. But I have absolutely no problem with it - for me it is more exciting, a wild storming through a door pack
