After unpacking, I am surprised by the lack of documentation, in whole is quite a booklet with 3 or 4 pages in French for mounting utensils and a paragraph about rotational speeds to be used depending on what is wants to do. A sheets Tens "kitchen" to give examples of recipes and voila, it was the turn .... A little short I think.
In terms of the use I made of bread, brioche, cakes, meringues preparations, broken pasta, roughly all we can do with this robot comes with utensils ( wire whisk, dough hook, flat beater).
The robot is "relatively" quiet. On white bread with 800 grams of flour, the robot moves a little to speed 1, yet it is relatively heavy (nearly 9 kg).
Otherwise it executes the tasks for which it was designed, so I would say it is quite the description that is made.
There is no "plastoc" feel a robot "beefy", utensils are all metal. A certain impression of quality emerges.
For me nothing exceptional but corresponds to what I wanted. It remains for me to buy the AX642 accessory (slicer and grater + strainer fruits and vegetables) and I would have a fairly complete robot to achieve good little recipes.
