I use it in a 30 liters. It sucks properly, it seems to me, never having used other vacuums, I can not compare. It has some sort of tie up, a bit like the pens, which allows it to fit on top of the aquarium, and I let him (+ or - 30 min) suck the dirt in suspensions that have scattered stirring above the bottom. Finally, I have a nikel result. It's a bit long but for the price, it seems honest.
