It allows me to recharge a TOMTOM GPS and my mini USB Mp3 with my micro USB mobile charger. Only small problem the molded body of the adapter and too wide to fit the GPS, I "cut" with a cutter to refine it, making the somewhat more fragile adapter at its base, but it works! :) ....
