In my evaluation is the relevance of the food processor in the foreground and I've now used for several purposes, I'll be 'in spite of the often-noted high level of the drive system' for a very good judgment. To my mind outweigh the positive characteristics of the MASTERCHEF.
As the machine "real" 'behaves, you can see in my clients video and hear. For that I have filmed 3 examples: Batter, grind nuts and yeast dough (yeast dough).
Here briefly my most important criteria I (negative) typically with + (positive), +/- (neutral) and ':
Suitable, you can choose between a whisk and stirring hook + for Batter excellent. (Especially for a heavy dough stirring hook is more appropriate because of the whisk will not affect very stable.)
+/- The whisk is working very effectively, but what bothers me about this thing is that it is not only made of metal rods, but also plastic --- and who has in my experience not the best life 'but this I may perhaps in 6 months more to say. (As mentioned above, one can also work with the stirring hook for heavy / tough dough.)
+ Dough hook for dough and pasta. Well suited. (Irritating is that the machine is in, these 'heavy work' very shaky acts' and loud.
+/- Stainless steel bowl: Surely this is the most stable material that you can choose from a long life of the bowl can be assumed. The disadvantage is that, for example, yeast dough, sticks very firmly to the metal surface. (Comparison: From the surface of a Kunststoffschüsssel it correct itself when it reaches the right consistency.) Improvement potential: Here a polished inner surface of the stainless steel bowl would be desirable.
+ Stable stirring hook / dough hooks in aluminum. The can be easily rinsed after use (must not put in the dishwasher)
+ The rubbing functions I have not tested all of them (4 different attachments). I was and still is most important is that I can grind nuts' and that's what works great. The nuts are finely ground and drop down into the bowl and spread uncontrollably trappings. (Carrots, cucumbers and vegetables "editing" I do not normally (low levels) with an electrical device because of my expenses (cleaning) is much too high. That is why I can not say anything more about this feature.)
+ Shaker function: very well suited for smoothies, but I did like most: Reliable even for Margehrita and Pina Colada. (The knives sake I have crushed / crushed ice, the stirred cocktails with ice have always used.) The high mixing bowl can be very fast with clean - in the dishwasher it may not).
+ Different speeds: Very well done, the little pictures on the machine, which speed stage is which tool allowed!
+/- Noise: The machine is my feeling in the preparation of dough loudest, I think batter okay and rub the nuts I disturb the sound not very.
- Drive System: What (an engineer) most bothers me is the drive of the machine, and more specifically in the game (probably) Cone gear. You can see that namely downright because the tilting arm when large resistance (yeast dough) with violently moved. I have my doubts as to whether the non-detrimental to the life, but what I can only assume at this stage. (Facts, visit 6 months or more if what is broken.)
I had prior to this food processor a Moulinex (almost 20 years old), which is, however, more in the closet, as in freedom, because that was not one that had not as a practical folding arm. That's what I find very convenient to the system, as well as the quick and uncomplicated way to rebuild the tools. Additionally, the MASTERCHEF looks very chic and the surface is easy to clean.
Whether the MASTERCHEF and its many attachments prove reliable as in the long run, will prove only.

Update (10/11/12) - after 5 months in another application:
************************
The machine works on stirring of heavy dough continue klapperig (the boom wobbles concern with) but the function is still provided. Leiser, the device was not - that bothers me's still not very, because still the benefit is in the foreground.
What after all this time but really annoys me is in use the stainless steel container. The surface inside has such a stupid texture (fine grooves) that even with relatively moist sponge always the ingredients must be scraped with a scraper down. It's frustrating.
I've hammer out no Mürbe- or yeast dough, which would have not stuck to the bowl. This means that you have to handle in between with a scraper from time to time. - This additional expenditure is to me personally in these types of dough to stupid, because I can equal the dough by hand knead large Weidling / Tupper Maximilian. Or. with shortcrust I get eh not help after a few laps automatic stirring still knead the dough by hand.
As a food processor is ideal for sponge cakes or biscuit dough, there's nothing to complain about, especially if you have to stir long (five minutes longer makes with the hand mixer is not fun, since you can do other work in parallel). So beautiful airy biscuit doughs, as with the food processor I get with an electric mixer (= mixer also called) rarely go.
The Reibfunktionen, bring me a real benefit:
- Rubbing carrots? Excellent!
- Walnuts (other nuts) rub? Am thrilled.
- Courgettes, cucumbers, pumpkin coarsely grind? Toll.
- Rub bread crumbs? You have the rolls / buns just before so small plucking (what makes sense for them to dry anyway) to fit into the opening.
I then place a ca. 20x20x5cm plastic bowl under it and can not complain about that too much nuts, or crumbs fall next. The grated nuts (and I do a lot with walnuts) fall relatively easily from the conical grater. And at the end of stay not very many large chunks stuck in friction mechanism.
Cleaning / type of parts after frequent use?
Especially when baking I rinse everything immediately afterwards by hand. The plastic parts, but also the metal friction cones are still as good as new. Again, I can only report positive.
The Mixer / Shaker essay I use almost never, because I still have another kitchen appliance in operation, where the Shaker me like better. Nonetheless, it is - as described in the initial assessment - a solid shaker attachment, which works very well.
After initial skepticism, if I keep the kitchen machine permanently on the counter, the decision has been made for a long time. The chic thing stops (although it eats some space (even the spare parts in the drawer have to be considered!) Very quickly anstaubt, especially baking with flour & Co.).
Two main options use the food processor are therefore grind sponge and nuts / bread crumbs. But I do not want to miss the thing.
The original 4 star rating persists. It would be desirable (which is addressed to the manufacturer) a mixing bowl where the dough is not so firmly bonded and a more stable (and quieter) mechanism.
