Easy bench to mount, because fortunately no instructions in the box on delivery, and misses the "bolt-handle" to set the bar that holds the shins. otherwise very stable bench (for both the abdominal pectoral). offered by my darling (maud), I was a little skeptical at first but conquered for use after it is sure that we should not expect professional equipment such as gym saw the price . damage omissions in the box or I would have put the fifth star.
