The Seitenbacher country bread is my absolute favorite among bread mixes. I have it baked in a bread machine (but also goes in a normal oven). If you just want to make a loaf of bread, you have to weigh the flour accurately predict and sharing (natural sourdough and dry yeast are sorted 2x included). Then mix the yeast with the stated amount of water, add flour and about even with a little sugar and then bake the yeast. It tastes unique good, especially the crust is when it is still slightly warm and still looking crisp. Ultimately need to do just a little butter and herb salt on it and can then taste the wonderful country bread! It is perhaps a little more expensive than "normal" baking mixes, but worth it, especially since only natural ingredients are included :) Hopefully it has for a long time in the Amazon range!
