Cover flap is the weak point

I already had a similar leather sleeve, but it was damaged in a fall. That's why I bought hoping to get me a new one of equal or greater protection. Unfortunately, the top flap closes magnetically but not from, but not really. Although the leather bag makes an otherwise-quality and safe impression, however, the cover flap really bugging me.
