First, the connection always worked only to a PC, because the connection has not been released again. After I downloaded the latest software from the website of TP-Link down, you could actually print from different PCs. (The firmware I could not update, Version 2 was clearly still relevant.)
However, it comes with larger print jobs (eg 50 pages duplex printing) sometimes to cancel the print job. After about 10 pages of printer then starts over again from the beginning. This happens even when I found correlating the USB server to a device. (The connection will not be disconnected at idle of the printer.) Other settings I could not find.
Conclusion: In principle, a good idea and if the device would be 100% working properly, it would be pretty good. I had to give it back, however, because, of course, also need larger print jobs without errors.
