Extremely slow when many small files

The stick is pretty small, but sharp and no hand or Hosentaschenschmeichler

BUT

the stick is incredibly slow when reading and writing of many small MP3 files and reached here just 26 MB / s reading and about 3 MB / s writing, while good USB3 sticks to the same hardware comfortable operated 170 MB / s reading and 130MB / s write reach.
