Creepy image quality

Caveat: I have quite a lot of cameras in my collection - Canon S95, Sony RX100, Lumix TZ8, Lumix FZ38, Lumix GF3, Lumix G3, G5 Lumix.
The TG-2 provides direct Vergelich by far the worst picture quality of all my cameras. In particular, the objective is below average. While it offers aperture f2.0, but the vignetting (vignetting) and the definition is miserable at maximum aperture. Actually, it is mandatory dimmed to achieve a halfway reasonable picture quality. The light intensity - - Thus the essential criterion of TG-2 is in practice unusable.
The video function is average, the service fiddly and especially with an underwater camera a no-go: The camera does not support RAW format. No camera can guarantee proper white balance due to the different light conditions in the water. That's when the camera so and therefore adjusting the white balance is a key point in the underwater photography. Without loss of quality that is only possible via RAW converter.

The camera has disappointed me in every aspect, especially since there are much better and cheaper alternatives:
For example, does a Meikon underwater housing for the RX100 just 150. It is suitable for diving (not only for snorkeling), the camera supports RAW, 50fps video, offers outstanding image quality.
Is this solution too expensive (the RX100 cost you a little over a TG-2), there is for the same price of a TG-2, a Canon S110 incl. (!) Underwater housings of Meikon. So a new housing costs at EBay just 85- The picture quality is quite another league and not comparable with the results of TG-2. A Lumix GF3 with a 8x so large sensor like the TG-2 is also an alternative - cheaper than a TG-2 and a quantum leap in picture quality.

My TG-2 had to go back with my RX100 S95 and I achieve excellent image quality, can 50fps video record can edit my images in RAW format, can dive deeper and the housing can also serve you better.
