Carelessly thrown together songs, sloppily produced, no drive, no nothing ...
A ballad album's fine, but I expect Big & Rich a higher level than that of a fourth-rate wedding chapel, which they unfortunately put to the day here.
The cover version of AC / DC's "You Shook Me All Night Long" brings my nerve unfortunately still cry ...
Now to the facts:
Barely two voices singing as Big Kenny almost exclusively sings alone here. Only in the chorus, the "Cowboy Steve Wonder" John Rich condescended even to the microphone.
Cameos, like that of Wyclef Jean, wearing only the desperate picture at.
The texts miss any liveliness that link to "Horse of a different color" or - could be heard on "Coming to Your City" - even partly. All rather dull and uninspired.
So save the money for this album and prefer to keep Big & Rich so in memory of how they had first begestert us.
The next album might be better but again, bad is difficult.
