The a few days ago I bought lighters are exactly as described (well, the cardboard packaging looks different). So transparent, without stickers. Colors are red, yellow, blue, green, white (which is different from the photo, but I'm all better than that ugly purple). The fill level is all lighters equal, not completely full up top, but just the way those lighters are just filled (as in the photo, maybe a tad full). Approximately half I've tried and it all work. This is quite sensational for 18 cents / piece.
