I have been many years and satisfied Acronis customer, but since this year is the past. In 2013 there were at least a couple of months after registration tel. Customer (Acronis 2013). Since this was unfortunately expired at me and I had a massive problem. I thought to myself: If you buy you the 2014er version and can call back. -> Think again - if you want to call one must now acquire a unique tel ticket (PPI) - costs only 9.95 and you can call it - great !!! / Irony off
The best is yet, after I then tried to contact different and expressed my problem. I was told that the glut new Acronis 2014 does not support Windows 8.1. I might try Windows 7 ....
In conclusion, I can only say, not only that the 2014er Version no bit can be used as the 2013er, but that Acronis has lost me as a customer ...
