The first negative findings were very insignificant for me - for example, the plug snapping all not as elegant as Samsung or Nokia devices. Back skin) according to instruction is flexible and does not break - but it requires an almost sweats from that they also determined does not. Due to its flexibility it creaks a bit. Now that would be no reason for me to return, but already shows a certain manufacturer's mentality - very obvious misunderstandings were prepared and allowed to stand so. So right then irritated me was the observation of a relatively fast becoming empty battery - I had imagined something different with the published values. Just for comparison, in my old Samsung Galaxy S I had the original battery relatively soon replaced by a stronger 20% battery-King, which also needs to be about 4 years old now, and this team keeps definitely better than by this new device. But in this shortcoming, it should not be. After my first experience after start I had to write the following email to the support address of manufacturer:

Do you have a solution? Otherwise, I feel compelled to complain to the seller. These problems were completely unknown to the same SIM card at the same locations with other devices. Something like that we had so far, not to some extent also experienced with new appliances so.

So far, I had received no reply (namely not even something like a receipt confirmation), very long also kept my patience but not by; the part is by now on the way back to Amazon. The call quality at half the conversation which I had, incidentally, was not particularly, so inferior to my old phone clear. I consider myself to be quite resistant to advertising, so as a brand advertising campaign as currently in Vienna hardly can influence my buying behavior again. Experience this mishit has however fully met. In all probability it will be the S4 Mini Duo - I just know what I have, where I stand. And in the future I will certainly exercise more skepticism about newcomer brands / Noname in the high-tech area.
