Basically, I have nothing to complain about in the cutlery. It is beautifully finished (I find the engraving big enough) and the motives are very cute for little kids. Just about the service I have annoyed me a bit. Unfortunately I have not seen at first glance that there are only four fonts to choose from are (my fault but that is not) and have therefore given themselves a. Three days after my order, I received word that the font was not available and I shall give myself a bottom. Well, my life does not only play on the internet and so it can sometimes be the case that I do not every day check my e-mails. I got the e-mail three times over three days. In the evening of the third day I was once again online and answered the demand. In response I received a "because we have not received any info from you, the cutlery is today already engraved with the standard Monotype Cursiva.". I find then something naughty, since I pay for the goods yes and one (so I find at least) can not expect to get an answer in less than 72 hours when demand itself also only 3 days after the actual order comes. I would in fact chosen a different font. Any delay of the goods then I would also like to put on my cap and also in buying, but apparently they wanted to have the order as soon as possible away. I think that's pretty bad. Another minor drawback is that the cutlery completely dust (dust engraving?) Has arrived with me. The set is actually sealed in its package and normally you do it in front of the away not necessarily. I do, because I wanted to see how the whole thing in the (unwanted) Font ausschaut.Kurz drübergewischt with a cloth is of course the dust away, but it would still be nice if you did not have to damage the seal for and ensures the cleanliness of the house from is. Nevertheless, the cutlery is working nicely and fits comfortably in your hand. The price is per se also perfectly fine, so 4 stars and a point deduction for the service.
