After a couple of times in use I am very satisfied, I used it to cut Gouda and Emmental - the packaged items from the grocery store that are difficult to cut with knives and other relatively "hard" are. The workmanship is good - full metal casing with handle - But the blade length is given little generous with 15cm, effective cutting length 13 cm.
