The delivery period has not been respected but due to the carrier who has accumulated blunders:

The next day an email sender tells me that the package was delivered to another relay, much further (which will find my package only after two trips, having nothing in my name. Indeed, TNT reported as the recipient of the sender's name). When TNT was the carrier, because of its deplorable management and delivery, which I prefer not to say anything, it's better without it.
