The tree was in an undamaged box, but without any fixation to prevent slipping. Up / down was not marked on the outside on cardboard, only the address label was available. Unfortunately was this sticker read only if the tree / box turned upside down. So it will probably have been upside down since the package, because the upper branches and especially the head is very strong bent needles and many have fallen by. Summary: damage caused by insufficient packaging. In addition, the tree quality is far from "Premium", has already been described by other buyers. One star because the delivery arrived on time.
