Unlike WD drives I've previously purchased and who had come to me in individual packaging well protective foam shell, WD20EARX arrived WITHOUT any protection, just a sheet of cardboard and freely walking in the package, bumping against the walls when bent cardboard.

Unacceptable for a hard drive.

At the trial, he turns, but I'm skeptical about its life.

I am very unhappy with this unacceptable failure by a usual yet serious seller.
