Hello, I received this well packed palette, but when I opened the lid, I found that a colored buckets was dug and crumbled eye protection that covered. I can obviously not afford it in this state. Despite two requests, the seller told me not to return the address or how to obtain a refund. By cons I have to do them pictures! Thank you for your intervention Ms. Voisin
