2x the same damaged item delivered sand

I have received the installation drawer unfortunately damaged, the top shelf level was dented, so you could not push the basket. The complaint was answered friendly and I received from Kitchen King return label for Austria, I was free to return the items. Two weeks later I had the same, damaged at the same place for the second time Article erhalten.Die baggy strip was manually flexed slightly cope. The article is of degree exactly what I need, the return cumbersome, so I keep the item, the upper basket is only partly functional. Too bad, but I'm very disappointed with the approach of the dealer!
