DCD 720 AE Black

I bought this player because my ancient Kenwood still okay but was just not able to play except CDs. Was just 1993!
I have found this Denon, because I've been looking for CD, MP3 and USB port, and then the positive reviews had me convinced.
So basically I would have also my old Kenwood reserve because he was still running, but it is nothing other than CDs happening. (I also have the matching receiver from 1993 still perfectly).
But as more and more came mp3 and especially sound via USB, I finally had to do something. With a heavy heart I have sealed up the old CD player and banished to the basement and ordered the Denon.

I want to go back a short time and say that I have always heard almost exclusively Radio why is subsequently clear.
The Denon came, I joined him, did purely the first CD and it blew me away !!!
I am not a sound freak of any values ​​measured or whatever, but this difference can not be missed. I dunno why but the sound is amazing! Really! It all sounds much clearer and more specific and yet with bass etc .... it's lovely. Since then, I hear again my CD collection up and down, it's just wonderful to hear what comes out there. Had just always left only on radio because probably the sound was nothing around so thrilling ...
I am now at the thought of playing if I nich even get myself a Denon receiver, but tuts the good old Kenwood too good.

People I do not even want to talk big, but this player is awesome. Super sound, play MP3 on CD or via USB. Detects even hard drives (up to 250 I tested) and has ne remote control.
I would buy it again and again, there was hardly any buying decision that I was so happy for a long time!

Oh almost forgot, you can slot in the headphones directly into the player, and then adjust the volume directly there. One needs then virtually no amplifier (receiver) more. Just fine.

Update 12/02/2015: Unfortunately I have to say something.
The time that elapses when you insert a CD and to which is imported, but is very long. CD eject and insert new, then just like it takes me 5 seconds to time he has recognized. What then very bugging me is the FB and the specified functions. Some features you're looking for hours and finds them never! Then you have never at a glance the songs in mind that are still playing or already over, etc. So the display is anything but helpful!
That's why I have to deduct a star!
