I Philips brand was thrilled so far of devices (clippers, razors) and it is not my first razor of this brand, I expected in this price range but also appropriate performance. As already described in one way or another ug review, the engine of the PT919 / 16 is very slow, so that the beard is not removed gently and leads to skin irritation. My current and 5-year-old Braun razor works here considerably more thorough and gentle. A return was unfortunately not possible because the 30 day "trial period" had expired. Pity!
