positive:
- Metal housing
- Stable seeming cloth clip
- Very bright for 8 EUR LED
- Focus lenses
- Good ON / OFF button
- Grip

negative:
- Creates certainly not 300 lm (I guess it to ~ 150 lm)
- Scrape screw
- Focus unit shaky
- Focus lenses from plastic kratzempfindlichem
- At max. Focus strange-looking figure of the LED chips.
- Little confidence inspiring seals
- Battery compartment for AA batteries too big (battery wobbles when shaken)

Conclusion:
For me, only suitable as an opportunity flashlight for home use.
