To be more specific, although the motherboard detected a device connected to the SATA port, but could not identify it as a storage unit, unable to read or write anything on it, not even ride it. Normally, we should have seen a recognizable identifier for the drive in the BIOS, there is a generic showed me something like "Device". The unit did not even know was announced.

I bought a Samsung 840 later and I'm VERY happy. The monitoring software is MUCH more functional than SanDisk, and has never failed him
