Deathmélocore?

Deathmélocore?

What hides Silence (CD)

Customer Review

And yes it is not clear whether one should speak of melodic death metal or metalcore, as music is reminiscent of melodeath and singing in the core, it is also one of the faults of the album, this song too typed core may be why the singer left the band then.
Fan Skyfire welcome Dreamshade used here with great music dominance pianos and synths, guitars and forgotten without a bass, a chouilla back, and a battery on the front, it is also a technique well, but clearly the instrument forward, the synth, sometimes even too forward, sometimes the rest of the instruments are drowned in the waves of synths, but beware this is not to say that it's bad, especially for a first wafer.
Just in the song, as already said, very typical metalcore, not death melo, although I must admit that some passages are "exhilarating".

In the genre, I prefer "Incarnia" unknown group or even unknown, in the best use of keyboards.

That said Dreamshade has released a second CD, which I'm not yet given me, so to see if they were able to improve this.
